It’s water vapour condensing from the surrounding air as it reached dew point due to the effects of complex airflows reducing pressure and temperature during extreme manoeuvres. It was already a humid day so there was quite a lot visible every so often.

Yes it looks that way due to the lighting and some processing I did. Trouble is I cannot remember what processing I did!
