The title "Tokyo Runner" was in reference to the iconic film, Blade Runner. It was a bit of a stretch so I knew that the connection might not be made, but I tried anyway.
Bic Camera is the name of the largest camera store chain in Japan--and possibly the world. Massive! An incredible one stop shopping experience. You'd be quite happy spending a couple of hours there, I think. I often do.![]()

Yes, I could spend way more than 2 hours in a large camera store. If it hadn't been so difficult getting into Manhattan from NJ when I lived there I would have spent many hours in the big stores there.
Thank you! Perpetual rain and fog and mist in a world of glowing and crackling neon. I've read many years ago the archetype for the city was Tokyo. Could be wrong, but I feel it's accurate.Well I like these a lot - feeling of being there and so on.
