got my new RF300-500 lens yesterday. 300-500 is what you get when you marry a RF100-500 to a TC.
On the R7 this gives me a 672-1120 range.
Of course, had to try it right away so hopped in the truck and headed to TRNP.
Didn't grab anything else, just wanted to work with the lens.
Driving thru the park, and on the other side of the road is a old bull bison.
I stop and have a perfect shot for a 35 or 50mm lens. And I'm sitting with 672mm eq.
So Mr Bull got a close up. Very close up.
Ever notice the eyelashes on a bison?
