I have just started to use Raw Developer http://www.iridientdigital.com/products/rawdeveloper.html. Usually, I have used ACR 3.4, which is a huge improvement over Contax' own (as has been mentioned many times elsewhere on this forum). Initial usage of Raw Developer is giving me particularly good results on noisier files. I recommend giving the trial a go.
