Year of Manufacture table anywhere ?

I have just bought a G2 complete with 45 and 21mm lenses, but know little of their past life apart from there being only one previous owner - who unfortunately cannot remember exactly when he bought them. So as they may well be 16 years old by now I'd like to know if there is a way of finding out just how old they are using the serial numbers as a reference.
