I don't see the 135 f/2,0 Planar discussed very often. Is it a good lens ? How fast was it wide-open ? Thanks.
 
> The 135 f2 is very sharp with typical superb Contax color rendition and build quality. As has been noted in the forum (albeit some time ago), it seems quite sharp wide open.
 
Hi, the 2/135 was tested in an early 80's german photomagazin It was optically as good as the 2.8 - if not even better ! And it was very good at 2.0 !!! I expect it not to be discussed that much because it was quite expensive and only few might own one.... Best wishes Paul
