I can only guess based on the number of surfaces, and suggest you telephone Malcolm Taylor for an accurate estimate.

The most recent re-coating Malcolm did for me was a 1:3.5 / 65 Elmar (four elements in three groups) requiring the recoating of six surfaces.

The whole job cost £100.00, which included a CLA of all components including the universal focusing mount to which the lens was fitted.
