A hobbyist starting with a Kodak Brownie in the 50s. Graduated to 35mm when my father gave me a Kodak Retina. A good number of 35mm cameras until the digital age when I bought a 2 megapixel Finepix to see what it was all about.Joined DPR around 2005 with my D' mage A1 Minolta, That died and moved to Powershot with the first Canon superzoom sx10-then to the Canon M forum where I mostly lurk. Had a number of handles over the years there and am truly shocked that DPReview died before me. Would probably still be operating if Blue Origin hadn't been such a costly loser venture. (humor) Much appreciation for the people setting this up.
