Birmingham with K7

Here are today's. This may be the end of it. The monochrome is in reach of Birmingham ( from Norwich shop ) so this thing is kind of in a relaxed state. No promises everyday.

IT IS OVER FOLKS . .

It was great. I left work and the weather was very bad soft overcast light which I hate but it was great. I was relaxed. There was no pressure to capture anything.

These are the 5 i picked today. Hope you like something.

Nice series again. #4 is holding my attention for some reason.
Oh yes that one.
I was really unlucky as i was panning a lady crossing otherwise we may have got both front and rear shots so sorry missed that shot. I love the bike shots i take because it is so fascinating to nail the focus and press the shutter as if like I hit the bulls eye in darts BUT MUCH MUCH EASIER for me. I am sure it looks boring though to keep posting the bike shots so i keep them for me to enjoy. Save the moaners going oh no too many bike shots. They are the most exciting ones to try and they mostly are cool with you doing it .

Sorry about the reply last night. I should have been clear about what I was saying. True you should be able to post the same thread everywhere and there are advantages overall if folks get used to checking a few sites instead of just one. I must think better before I type.

I shot more today. A lady that works for the Council stopped me and was talking and has given me an email address to send to the Council for promoting Birmingham. That is great but it would be hell deciding which ones to send them but I will have to send them something. I will take a look on the weekend. Later half an hour I spoke with another photographer doing Streets and she recognized the name of the email given as the chief executive on the Council. So yes. Crazy day on the streets again.

Here are today's 5 for those interested. The sun was shining and I was really having a great time. This is what it felt like early on when I 1st shot these Birmingham shots and posted on the main Dpreview forum for a day. It felt great that day and this felt great too. Just so much potential everywhere. I was sure that great shots are just a moment away. Just need luck.

Thank you for looking and hope you enjoyed something as always. ( 135 F2 Samyang again on my lucky K7 )

Another bang-up series, Dino. Can't pick a favorite, although if I had to maybe #1 like RBIV. Congrats on your coucil contact. I hope something lucrative comes of it!

You are joking. They are short on cash.. I would get a small payment. Very small I feel. To be honest any payment is nowhere near the joy of having the photos used because the payment will be small I assure you. I may shoot some on purpose for the Council and use buildings far more with a normal standard zoom K1 perhaps. Thinking it through.
