DPRF-Patron
I understand what the number is under Messages. It is the count of messages you posted. Please explain how the Reaction Score is calculated and why one would get Points. And how does that all affect the member status because it makes no sense.

You found it out already: It does not make sense :)

I never found these things very useful, so I always ignored it :z04-smoker00:

There is a possibility to set this up how what is influencing what. I can dig deeper into it at a later stage, as soon as I have more time...

Thanks Dirk,

No rush. I was just wondering why certain individuals were already "well known" (or some other status) when we all started out around the same time.

grsnovi,
If I understand it correctly:
Reaction Score = Number of Likes you recieved in your posts
Points = I don't know, I can't fathom that one either
Well-Known Member = Maybe it's awarded to someone that has reached 100 posts (Messages)
When I started I was 'Member', since hitting 25 posts I noticed I changed to 'Active Member'.

And like the old saying goes -
He who dies with the most points wins.

Thanks guys!

I was curious because I thought I was an "active" member, possibly even a "well-known" member and I didn't know what it would take.

In any case, I like the DPRF-Patron status more... :)

Yes it would be nice to see that gone IMO.

The type of member typically relates to the number of posts made but the actual values vary from forum to forum (possibly by comparison with the average?).
On one low volume forum I've reached the status of 'God' (currently with 860 posts) while other forums where I post more regularly I'm only classed as active, well known, senior etc...
On some forums the designators are clearly customised. TalkEMount seems to have all it's starting TalkEMount...

As long as they don't cause a flood of me 'too posts' from members just trying to boost their ranking they work well IMO.
