Hi BubbaBob,
that depends. If you embed images from external webhosters, this should be automatically, but not every webhoster does support it. If you upload it on our server, it is automatically displayed, if you have a browser addon like Exify (Firefox and Chrome, Mac and Windows) installed. See also the FAQ
