As you might know, we have a special forum for the analogue and digital darkroom: www.darkroominfo.com, in which you can discus with others analogue and digital darkroomwork, software, printing, scanning and composition etc..

We are planning to restructure this forum in the near future and want to make it the most valuable source for you. But for this, we need your input.

What shall be included in the darkroominfo.com forum, so that you feel motivated to participate there, get tips, give advise etc.

What has to be covered and in which way it should be structured, so that you get the most out of it in the future?

Feel free to post here your ideas & thoughts

Thanks in advance

Hi Dirk,

Great suggestion.

I would be particularly interested in scanning topics such as which is the best scanner and people's experiences with different scanners; also such things as scanning techniques. Which is the best scanning software? Is the software which comes with the scanner as good as Silverfast or Vuescan? Is it worth paying the extra? and so on.

Cheers,
John
