Link insertion does not seem to go to proper place

When I want to insert a link at the end of a sentence, the link ends up at the beginning of the line where this sentence starts. What can I do to avoid this, except manually cutting the link to paste it at its proper place ?

Which browser do you use?

Try with a return key and report back whether this helps

Failed. I use Firefox on a Mac.

Just tried it on Opera on Mac, does the same - despite text the link always goes at the beginning of the line the cursor is on

I had no problems with it. Did you try it at all?
