These are all really ace. The first one is my favourite but I am glad to see all 3 to be honest.Wednesday 15/52
Some of the reflective plates covering the facades of the buildings at the Collège Eugène Chevreul in L'Haÿ-les-Roses are distorted. At the right angle, the reflections of nearby trees evoke faces. I am particularly drawn to those that can be seen on a specific pair of plates, photographed here on April 6, 2024.

I had already used this pair of plates for the Week 8 photo in my 2022 project, entitled Hommage à Edvard Munch:

I had reused it for this photo posted on February 17, 2024 under the title Le cri:

Good day (evening) to you, Sir! Yes, I have also seen a few instances of the pink-white cherry "phenomenon" here locally as well. A grafting issue! Motivated by your pictures, I will focus a bit more on "cherries" next year! Background: I attended the "U-Dub" from 1977 to 1983... it took me 6 years instead of 4 -- for various reasons and although the cherry trees were "there" (in the "Quad") when I was going to school, it wasn't a big deal back then. Sure, it was pretty, but it was mostly just the students and professors who saw the beauty. Nowadays, it has evolved into a bigger regional event of sorts (as with most things)... which is probably why I have not seen the UW cherry blossoms in AGES! Maybe next year I will go?
