Testing an upload

Here is an image I specifically re-sized by file size but not pixel size. I am wondering what others think about the overall quality.

Sorry, but it doesn't work like that for me. I don't see multiple windows like your example. I am on a Mac, could that be why?

This is just to show the different steps.

1. upload the image by clicking on "attach files".
2. Hoover with your mouse over the thumbnail you now see
3. Click on "insert" and then a little lower on "full image.

I tried to download your file and do it. It seem that there is something wrong with your file. Do you have another image?

I can click on the file and it opens, what could be wrong with it?

I do not know. But if you can not see the file as an image, something is wrong. TRy a different image or try a windows desktop image, just to test it so you know how it should look like
