It is great if you like anything. Street photography can look so naff to people not really into it. Only the Street geeks that do it are really understanding of it perhaps.Another good series well done. Today's winner of the five is #2, but #4 gets an honorable mention.
I will get a K1iii eventually. I am hoping the viewfinder is upgraded like they did with ApSc cameras but you can imagine the price would then be very steep so it is a choice of prices perhaps. They need to release black and white cameras in FF and Ricoh GR but they need to supply a filter set perhaps and therefore add to the novelty of ownership as well as improve the creativity of them.Another fine showing, Dino, and this time #4 takes the prize. I'm not a street afficianado, but I don't find them naff either. I just appreciate them for what they are and the skill required to get them. Manually focussing is the way to go... 100% of my lenses have no AF motor. Every time I think of upgrading my camera, I think of what I already have in an AF system and an AE system that are either not getting used at all or are barely getting used and I wonder what I was thinking. I'll still get a K-1III, though. Will you?
I'm not so much in a hurry for myself, but I'm in a hurry to see Pentax release something and succeed. I've become somewhat of a fanboy in the past few years for some reason. I have two K-1mII cameras, and both are in excellent shape, so I definitely don't need another camera. Just rooting for the home team, that's all.I will get the next FF very likely. You sound like you are in a hurry. I am not too much in a hurry because 36 megapixels is already a lot for me.
I'm in no hurry for K1mark 3 new version just yet but you are right that perhaps other people are getting twitchy and feel like they want 45 Megapixels or 60 megapixels. I am getting one of the ApSc cameras soon I think but even then I would likely use lucky K7 in Birmingham. I just shot my K10 last weekend as a backup. I still shoot my K10. Yes crazy. Very crazy.I'm not so much in a hurry for myself, but I'm in a hurry to see Pentax release something and succeed. I've become somewhat of a fanboy in the past few years for some reason.
