Hmmm… the image only seems to show up as a thumbnail, but I’m hoping that if it is tapped a Hi-Rez version will appear.

Yes, I see a larger image when I click on the image.

Read the FAQ for image uploads. The tutorial shows the screenshots where you have to click exactly to display the image larger. Click below in my signature on that link.
