And if you think something sucks, you'll tell me, right? Hope so!
Do not worry Jason. They do not suck. What you are doing is not easy to do. Take walks locally everyday and keep shooting good photos. If it was easy then everyone would do it Instead they leave the camera at home or don't bother shooting
Some of your shots are very good but there is no way anyone can keep all their art to such a highest degree all the time. I like most all your photos because it is a story and I I like to see what new things you have each day.

Thanks for the very kind words, Dino. I'll do my best to keep it up, however we are about to go on a 2 week trip to visit the relatives in the USA. I am certain I will shoot every day, but probably not as much, and I might not be able to post regularly if at all. I don't like getting behind, so I'll try and keep up to date, but no promises. They live in Kansas City, one of my favorite places and where we used to live.

Here's from yesterday, already posting a day late. Here's the day's catch.

Ah, Kansas City. I live a long way from there and have only visited it twice, plus you may know all about it, but I mention it anyway, I was surprised and impressed with our visit to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. Amazing place if you've never been, and probably good photo opportunities there as well. Whatever, enjoy your visit!

I'm quite familiar with the Nelson-Atkins and have been there many times. It's definitely one of the crown jewels of the city. I'm glad it made an impression on you.

Today, I had a fairly frustrating day with my macro lens trying to get a clean shot of some blue flowers at 1:1. I failed to get a shot due to wind, camera shake, both, or just plain bad manual focus. I find I often struggle using this lens. The shallow depth of field at f2.8 makes finding the plane of focus difficult when magnification gets high.

Anyway, here's today's catch.
